Graduate Structural Engineers

We would love to hear from Structural Engineers with less than two years of experience, preferably with a working knowledge of Grasshopper & Rhino and with an ability to write code in C# or python, but primarily we are looking for people with an enthusiasm for engineering design and a questioning attitude.

We can help with training on computational tools and we are keen for our staff to develop a broad skill set. We are looking for someone with an ability to self-motivate, balance their own tasks and interact with Artists, Architects and Fabricators on a range of projects.

You will ideally be located in our studio in the beautiful city of Bath. While we actively enable flexible and remote working within our team we find that projects develop better when people can be together for at least some of the time.

About us

We are a practice of Engineering Designers with backgrounds in structural engineering, coding, mathematics and architecture. We work with imaginative clients and fabrication partners on complex, thought-provoking and engaging projects that include contemporary buildings, public art, beautifully-detailed feature staircases, event installations and a number of refined bridges.

Alongside our day-to-day project work we carry-out original research and develop our own computational tools. We’re obviously interested in structural engineering but we also like to apply the skills developed in this pursuit to art, science, product design and architecture.

We offer mentoring from people at the forefront of engineering design, a friendly and genuinely flexible working environment and the chance to help develop a growing business.
